BangaloreTV is an independent multi-brand television service provider. We specialize in post-warranty inspection, repair, component replacement, and installation for LED, LCD, OLED, QLED, and 4K Smart TVs across Bangalore.
2. Doorstep Inspection & Estimates
A certified technician visits your address to inspect the reported TV issue. Following diagnostics, the technician provides a clear itemized quote before any repair work commences. No repair work will proceed without your explicit approval.
3. Transparent Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices quoted are competitive and transparent. Payment is due upon completion of the repair and testing of the TV in your presence. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.
4. Service Warranty Terms
We provide a written service warranty on replaced components (such as LED backlight strips, power capacitors, speaker units, or main boards) as noted on your final invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in replaced parts. The warranty does NOT cover:
- Subsequent physical panel cracks, impacts, or accidental breakage.
- Damage caused by external electrical surges, lightning, or unstable voltage supplies.
- Liquid ingress, moisture damage, insect infestation, or unauthorized tampering by third parties after our visit.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your doorstep visit appointment at any time without advance cancellation penalties by notifying us via phone or WhatsApp prior to technician dispatch.
